pk Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the pk platform ("we", "pk", or "Platform") and its members ("you" or "user"). By accessing the pk website and its associated mobile applications, or by using any of its services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Key Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms carry specific meanings:

• "Platform" — refers to pk's website, mobile app, and all associated digital services.
• "Member" — a person who holds a registered account on pk and has accepted these Terms.
• "Account" — each member's personal, secure, and non-transferable user account.
• "Bonus" — a promotional benefit granted by pk, subject to its own wagering requirements.
• "Net Loss" — the amount remaining after subtracting total winnings from total losses over a given period.
• "Wagering" — the requirement to place bets of a specified amount in order to make bonus funds withdrawable.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all pk services — including slot games, live casino, sports betting, virtual games, and any future additions. Individual games or promotions may have their own supplementary terms, which will apply alongside these general Terms.

To become a member of pk, you must complete the account registration process. The information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date.

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may open only one account. Multiple accounts by the same person ("duplicate accounts") are not permitted.
• Your real name, date of birth, and contact details must be provided accurately at registration.

2.3 Updating Information

If your registered phone number, email, or payment details change, you must update them promptly. pk will not be responsible for any withdrawal delays or cancellations caused by outdated or incorrect information.

All pk services are available only to persons aged 21 or older. Registration by a minor, or assisting a minor to register, is strictly prohibited and the relevant account will be closed immediately.

3.1 Geographic Applicability

pk's services may only be used where they do not conflict with the local laws of your location. It is your own responsibility to confirm that using this service is legal from your location.

pk reserves the right to verify the identity and payment details of members at specific times or under particular circumstances. Withdrawal processing may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Documents Required for Verification

When requested, a member may be required to provide any of the following documents:

• A government-issued national identity card or passport.
• OTP confirmation to verify an active mobile number.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method — such as bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details.
• Any recent official document if address verification is required.

4.2 Verification Timeframe

After documents are submitted, the pk team completes the verification process. If any inconsistency is found in a member's information or documents, additional details may be requested. Account verification is required to receive the birthday gift bonus ("pk Birthday Gift").

There are specified methods and limits for depositing and withdrawing funds on pk. All transactions are processed through secure SSL encryption.

5.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Funds can be deposited on pk via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.

5.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

Withdrawals can be made through the same methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5.3 Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are only permitted to verified payment methods.
• The relevant wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• The source of deposit and the destination of withdrawal must be the same — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• If any unusual activity is suspected, pk may hold the withdrawal and conduct an investigation.

pk's bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific terms. Accepting a bonus means you have agreed to the specific terms of that bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. Before withdrawing the bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.

For example: a ৳1,000 deposit with a ৳1,000 bonus gives a balance of ৳2,000; wagering required is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

6.2 Other Promotions

A number of regular promotions are also available on pk:

• pk Weekly Deposit Reward: 50% bonus on any deposit once per week, up to ৳10,000; wagering 20x; minimum deposit ৳100.
• pk Slot Festival Bonus: 30% bonus on daily deposits for slot games once per day, up to ৳6,000; wagering 25x.
• pk Live Table Special Offer: 40% bonus twice a week for live casino, up to ৳8,000; wagering 22x.
• pk Birthday Gift: Verified members receive a reward of up to ৳2,000 once in their birthday month; wagering 15x.
• pk Refer a Friend: A reward of up to ৳3,000 for each successful referral; wagering 18x.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is not a substitute for cash and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If multiple bonuses are active before wagering is completed, the first bonus must be cleared first.
• The maximum single bet limit when wagering with bonus funds is stated in the terms of the relevant bonus.
• pk reserves the right to cancel a bonus and review an account if it believes a member is abusing the bonus system.

All games on pk are operated by third-party game providers and use their own Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcome of each game is determined entirely independently.

7.1 Validity of Game Results

If a game result is uncertain due to a technical error or disconnection, the decision will be made based on server-side records. Abnormally large wins displayed due to faulty software may be considered void.

7.2 Sports Betting

For cricket, football, and other sports betting, results are determined based on official data after the match ends. For matches abandoned mid-way, pk's established rules will be followed.

7.3 Live Casino

If a connection is lost due to a technical issue during a live dealer game, the bet for that round will be cancelled and the funds returned. Deliberately slowing the pace of a game or using any automated strategy is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Attempting to influence game outcomes using any automated software, bots, or any other method.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Deliberately exploiting game vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Operating an account using another member's details.
• Colluding with multiple people to attempt to control the outcome of a game.

pk may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration.
• Suspicion of potential fraud or fraudulent behaviour.
• An order from a court or legal authority.
• The member's own request.

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a member wishes to close their own account, please contact the pk support team. Any remaining valid balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

9.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

The pk platform provides its services on an "as is" basis. pk will not be liable in the following cases:

• A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet connectivity issues.
• Technical errors caused by third-party game providers.
• Financial losses resulting from a member's own negligence or mistakes.
• Service disruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances or force majeure events.
• Issues arising from third-party websites or services.

10.1 Liability Cap

In any dispute, pk's maximum liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction involving the relevant member. Claims for indirect or consequential losses will not be accepted.

pk places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. Collected data is used solely for providing services, verifying identity, and fulfilling legal obligations.

11.1 SSL Security

All transactions on pk are protected by SSL encryption. Payment information is processed in encrypted form, and no full card or account details are stored on pk's servers.

Members' personal information is not transferred to third parties except when required by legal obligations or fraud investigations.

pk reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, service features, or the game list at any time. Members will be notified in advance of significant changes where possible.

12.1 Effective Date of Changes
